Technical Business Analyst – Application Innovation
Location: Dublin (Hybrid, occasional travel)
Type: Permanent
Salary: €75,000 – €80,000 base + benefits

Join a fast-growing digital consultancy during an exciting expansion phase. This role sits within the Application Innovation practice, bridging business needs, IT delivery, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in process improvement, systems analysis, and ensuring solutions align with SDLC and ISO 27001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and map business and system processes.

• Conduct systems analysis, including data flows and integrations.

• Translate business needs into clear functional/non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers on solution design.

• Ensure ISO 27001 compliance and security best practice.

• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

• Produce documentation: process maps, user stories, specifications.

Requirements

• Proven BA/Systems Analyst/Technical BA experience.

• Strong process mapping, systems analysis, and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methods, and ISO 27001.

• Skilled with Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, M365.

• Excellent communication with both technical and business teams.

• Advantage: experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments.
